EL Horno Pizzeria, located in downtown Huaraz, between El collejón of Huaylas and the white cordillera, was founded in 2002 by a French Peruvian couple: François and Karim
The heat of the fire place, the friendly atmosphere and the candle lights will be a perfect combination to make you fully enjoy the artesian products offered to you by our French chief.

You will enjoy coming to this warm, intimate and cordial place to taste the authentic food cooked in brick ovens, our meats grilled on open fire and of course the famous Anticchos. Never the less, the homemade sandwiches/ pastas and the golden brown barbecued kebabs will take your heart away.

Between friends or the time of a business meeting come and enjoy one of the several salads   from the terrace where you will have a wonderful view of “el parquet del periodista”

One of the lots of specialities of the house is the cooking of the meat on the open fire of a barbecue: pepper steak, pork ribs with a delicious mushroom sauce, the chicken net.

The dishes are accompanied by the best Peruvian wines, natural fruit juices. The staff will do its best to serve you the best way in order to make your stay at el Horno memorable.
